SEEMS LIKE it's repeating all itself again, what a PTSD Trigger, what I experienced back in 2017-2019, in my so called LA County Veteran's Internship Program, that's a joke that's just a program so the County of Los Angeles can Contract people (Veterans in this CASE) for cheap labor (at least that's How LACoFD was using the program), I did almost 2 years of that, ZERO Internship, No Mentoring, just pure HELL!!! Inside IMD of course, working in the field with the LA County Firefighters were DOPE!!! I know 2 other Vets that HAD the Same faith on that "Veteran Internship Program"

...what a joke...

...and at LACoFD I ended up replacing 2 County Contractors, they were fired from the MDC and ePCR projects, and I ended up picking up the WORKLOAD of 2 People and 2 PROJECTS. #MDC#ePCR#LACoFD#2019#IMD

Now at Harbor-UCLA I've been doing the work of a DUDE that gets paid double than me, I have to carry HIS 80% of WORKLOAD because for MANAGEMENT if SUCH "individual" let's call this individual PING-PONG, only performs 20% of WORK that's good Enough... SMH...

Will have a meeting at 10AM @ Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center, pray for me...
